Steve Reid – Lead Backflow Technician

Steve has been working for OBT for several years now and lives with his wife Vanessa and daughter Lola in a home they recently completed in Silverton. He is certified in the State of Oregon  to inspect backflow devices and has a vast amount of experience both testing and repairing assemblies. In his spare time Steve enjoys doing projects around the house, spending time with Lola and coaching her soccer team, volunteering within his community, and watching Steelers football. Steve and his wife are also professional photographers.

Ryan Yancey – Backflow Technician

Ryan lives in Molalla and has a background tech support and retail. That has taught him the value of customer service and the reward of hands on work. He is a certified backflow technician in Oregon and is skilled in testing and repairs. Ryan is the published author of an inspirational book, enjoys spending time with his son Garver, riding motorcycles (he used to be part of a motorcycle stunt team), and enjoys all that Oregon has to offer. He studied Computer Science in college and is detailed oriented.

Melissa Schmeer – Backflow Technician

Melissa joined Oregon Backflow in 2019. She is a certified backflow technician in Oregon. Melissa enjoys all things outdoors. She has an extensive knowledge in gardening and is also a certified irrigation technician. In her spare time, she enjoys working in her yard and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Deanna Daniels-Moore – Administrative Assistant

For over twenty years Deanna worked as an Administrative Assistant in both the education and private sector. She is passionate about providing friendly customer support and serving the public at large. Deanna has an Associates of Arts degree in Electronic Technology and enjoys working within that field. She loves Oregon and exploring the outdoors. Deanna and her husband enjoy taking walks, birdwatching and getting out to the beach.

Kelly Penner – Administrative Assistant

Kelly lives in Beaverton with her husband and three young daughters. She has a background in office administration and preschool education. In her spare time she enjoys baking and cooking with her girls, and finding adventure and Joy in the small things in life. They also love outdoor adventures including camping, hiking and exploring all the local playgrounds. They have camped at Crater Lake, Yellowstone National Park and hope to Visit a new National Park every year.

Dave Crosswhite – Owner

Dave has owned and operated several successful businesses over the past twenty years, and he resides in Aurora with his wife Janice. Dave is certified as a landscape professional in the State of Oregon. He also has his Landscape Contractor’s License. Quality and customer service have always been the hallmark of success for him in all businesses he has owned.
